Hi, I’m Crystal — a licensed massage therapist with over 10 years of hands-on experience helping clients move better, feel better, and live pain-free. My approach is rooted in corrective bodywork, combining clinical precision with holistic care to address the root causes of discomfort, not just the symptoms. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, where I developed a deep understanding of human movement and performance. I later earned my massage therapy certification from Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies, with a concentration in medical massage, allowing me to blend therapeutic techniques with customized treatment plans for lasting relief. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply need to reset your nervous system, I’m here to help you restore balance and reconnect with your body. Crystal’s Massage is located inside of Suite 15 which is on the SECOND FLOOR of the Village II Shopping Center near Ramblewood. There is ELEVATOR access available.
